Maybe this gator is a UF fan

An orange alligator has caught residents’ attention in Venice, mysuncoast.com reports.
Neighbors, who have been busy snapping photos, are proud to have the gator around.
But Gary Morse of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has tossed some cold water on the colorful theories (such as the gator being a partial albino). “The official opinion from our alligator experts is that this is alligator is not naturally orange. We believe it’s orange from paint, stain, iron oxide or some other element in the environment that has left a coating on the animal, making it appear orange,” he told the ABC 7 website.
